Shipping Policy

Processing time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days, depending on the product and production partner.
Estimated delivery times Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfilment partner producing your order:
- Spain: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates and may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partners (Printful and Gelato) using carriers such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, and local postal services, depending on your location.
Multiple items If your order contains products fulfilled by different partners, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
Customs and duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Issues with your order If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
